Lawrence V. Foster-President, Owner and Manager has over 25 years of mangement experience. Mr. Foster brings to the company a high caliber of state of the art management skills including serving in the United States Army as a Commissioned Officer and 18 years of experience which includes serving in management positions within multi- billion dollar companies. Recently he has acquired a Masters Of Divinity degree which sets the tone for greater integrity within Foster,CPA .
Deborah Foster -Vice President ,Co-owner and CPA with over 24 years audit, accounting, and tax experience details of her experience are as follows:
-Preparing Business Plans and Financial Statements preparation for numerous for profit and nonprofit businesses, churches and individuals. This includes several clients that were referred to Deborah Foster, CPA through Chase Bank, whereby Foster CPA Compiled, Reviewed, and Audited financial statements for Churches and Nonprofit organizations.
-Audited numerous multi-million dollar proposals for the Defense Contract Audit Agency.
-Prepared 1994/1995/1996 Financial Statements for Homeland Security (formerly US Customs) Chief Financial Officer Annual Audit Reports.
Foster CPA is also afiliated with a very capable and dependable
accountant whom we've known and worked with for several years. Margaret Brewer, a professional accountant with a Masters in Accounting and Financial Management, has over 24 years of professional accounting experience, working with several well established financial organizations including Crowe Chizak & Company, Oxford Financial Group Corporate, as well as various other industries in banking, wealth management, public accounting and nonprofit organizations. Margaret also for 15 of those 24 years of accounting experience, has successfully worked with Foster CPA, while assisting in building this CPA firm in becomming the well established organization it is today. Margaret's experience includes; financial statement preparations, general ledger maintenance- such as account analysis and reconciliation and a lengthy experience with month end closing procedures. Income tax preparation for businesses and individuals has also been a major portion of Margaret’s experience.
